If you are unable to pay the patient responsibility estimate in full prior to/on the date of service, please contact us directly: 817.346.3800. A Baylor Scott & White Surgicare – Cityview patient representative can assist you in setting up a payment plan prior to/on the date of service.

We accept the CareCredit credit card to help you finance your healthcare wants or needs. It can be used to pay for out-of-pocket expenses like deductibles and copays not covered by insurance.
